what are the minimum requirement for a caregiver to work abroad?

if you know a good recruitment agency that sends caregivers to australia and canada please include it here..

how does a caregiver get a training and where? is it in a hospital? a clinic? or somewherelse?

Training is done by accredited vocational schools.
